This JC Penney store, originally built in 1952, was re-imagined to incorporate ground-floor retail, a second-level co-working space and a third-floor corporate office for client, Howard CDM. The beautiful interiors – exposed to showcase the original brick, steel and wood – are paired with elegant facade treatments to create a unique space in the burgeoning downtown Bellflower core.
