Recently approved at City Council, this vertical community will bring 171 mixed-income residential units, a boutique hotel and active ground floor retail to the heart of Santa Ana's Artist District.

The project at 3rd and Broadway sits one block south of the new light rail running along 4th Street. The mixed-use development will engage with the transit-friendly, walkable Art’s District community to create an iconic hub for Downtown Santa Ana.

The development includes 19 units of very low-income housing with a density bonus to increase height and reduce overparking. A large community deck on the 5th floor anchors the project’s amenities – which also include a dog run, fitness center, rooftop bar/lounge and pool deck.
